A small keepsake box that I made as a gift for my son’s high school graduation in 2024. He collected this mica in Western Maine when he was younger and the figured maple is from the firewood pile.

I made this during the first winter of Covid with oak leaves that I collected outside my shop door. The unusual birdseye figure in the maple reminded me of the spotting in the leaves and the shape of the legs are a reference to the shape of the leaf stems.

This was built for client that is an avid photographer and has a collection of other Stickley pieces. The cabinet was designed to sit on the floor beneath a window and support a large format photo printer. The drawers were sized to hold photo paper and other supplies.

This piece was made for a small dining area and designed to accompany an existing table and set of chairs in cherry/black lacquer.

This table was constructed using draw bored mortise and tenon joinery so that it could be assembled in an upstairs laundry room. The area under the window is used as a stand up desk space with the lower rail height set to use as a foot rest. The open space below the table top on the right is for storage of rolling laundry baskets.
